Another excellent blog post by Adam Fullerton, Internet Marketing Guru

6th Photo meme

Bloggers are a funny breed; as a community of writers, they often come up with clever ways to spread their brand. I was recently “tagged” in Mike Volpe’s blog as part his 6th meme post in which Mike displayed the 6th photo on the 6th page of his flickr photostream and told us about it, now it’s my turn.

This is a photo I took a few years ago outside a Daniel Striped Tiger show, that’s their tour van that Joe is leaning against. I like this photo, I think it has good depth of field, although I happen to think B&W photos are too easy, I still like this one.  What do you think?

Now, in keeping with the spirit of the meme I will pass the torch…

Here’s my tag list:

  • Grace Boyle – College chum, social media evangelist and an awesome date.
  • Rebecca Corliss - Fellow boston Y.P. with a cool music blog
  • Karen Rubin – Great food blog, with great writing, in fact the only food blog I will read as I am an avid non-foodie ;)
  • Union Street Media – A former employer of mine and a great place to “earn your wings.” Gahlord Dewald does some great Web Marketing writing here as well.
  • Wayne Kurtzman – Also, BOS local. Web Analyst and social media maven with cool ideas.
  • Jon Bishop – A blast from the past with a great handle on web tech while sporting a keen eye for writing and the social mediasphere as well.
  • Curt Schilling – C’mon, who doesn’t love Curt Schilling?
Just like Mike, I technically “tagged” seven people, but seriously, who doesn’t love Curt Schilling?

Adam, I feel so honored to be tagged. I am really embarrassed to admit I don’t have a flickr photo stream. Maybe this is my calling to go set one up….
